As our Finance Business Partner, you`ll play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. You`ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance.
- Developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement to enhance financial performance.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Monitoring financial KPIs, highlighting trends, and proactively addressing financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

- Accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA. 
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the import/export or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
