The Governors are seeking to appoint a Director of Estates & Operations to join the wider Senior Management Team. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills to assume responsibility for the delivery of the School’s estates strategy and to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the School’s operations, including the estates, facilities and services functions.

The successful applicant will have previous leadership experience in a similar role, together with a background in estates management, maintenance works (both planned and reactive), delivery of capital projects and budget management, health and safety oversight, as well as leading teams within catering and other support facilities, ideally in the education sector.
