Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills, computer proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
