Our client is expanding their Administration / Customer Services team and recruiting for friendly, welcoming, and dedicated person to join the Clinic Administration team with a position that offers hybrid working, so a combination of working from home and on site working.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the public both over the phone and face to face. Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
Experience of booking appointments.
Previous experience working within an office environment including an eye for detail and accuracy.
The ability to display outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above.
NVQ 2 or 3 in Customer Services (Desirable)
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft packages
Outstanding communication skills
Your own transport is essential in order to travel between sites
Salary & Benefits:
The role offers hybrid working with travel required to other sites in Margate, Canterbury and Ashford.
Salary: £22,816 per annum (plus a 30% uplift for Saturdays and 60% for Sundays)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week, working over a 7-day friendly rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm on a rota basis, together with other colleagues in the team.
Your week will be made up of long and short days, depending on clinic times.
Additional Information:
Please be aware this role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, at no expense to you.
You will be required to travel to clinics in Margate, Canterbury and Ashford combined with working from home.
Hospital Clinics are open on occasions 7 days a week, so flexibility is required.
