Job Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their legal team in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, ensuring the best outcomes for their clients.

Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and agreements
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients
- Research and analyse legal issues
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law
- Attend meetings with clients and other professionals

Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
