Your new role is to work in Crawley within a professional team assisting with the conversion of A340 from passenger to cargo, manufacturing parts for search and rescue aircrafts across Europe and supporting the oil and gas industry across the world.
What you'll need to succeed is previous experience within fine detail sheet metal work, understanding in technical drawings, the ability to learn new skills, be comfortable at working in a team, have good communication skills and will also need the City and Guild Welding Qualification. Also, you will need a photo ID and Proof of NI.
What you'll get in return is the potential to go from a temporary to permanent role, paying £14 to £15 an hour with 20 days paid holiday, as well as 8 bank holidays, with your holiday being increased for every 2 years you are with the company. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm being paid 40 hours per week with the opportunity to do overtime on both weekends and weekdays. You'll also receive and be placed into the companies pension scheme.
