European Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Working within digital marketing for a global manufacturer, as European Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing PPC & DSP budgets on Amazon Ads across all European subsidiaries. To apply, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms along with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with Amazon Agency. There is a high-degree of communication with local marketing teams and working collaboratively to ensure that digital marketing budgets are maximised for growth.

The role

* Manage PPC & DSP spend
* Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for each market, aligned to each brand's strategy.
* Work with Amazon Agency & Amazon Ads teams to optimise campaigns and track results.
* Identify and test new channels and opportunities.
* Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
* Report on performance and make recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
* Upskill and enable local marketing teams to understand and get the most out of their investments.

About you

* 4-5 years' of experience in performance marketing.
* Strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms.
* Experience with Amazon Ads and working with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and brands simultaneously.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
