High Street solicitors practice seeks either a Will Writer or Private Client lawyer to join the team based in Sussex.

Working closely alongside the firms property team in Hailsham the successful individual will be drafting Wills and LPAs for clients living around Sussex (particularly Eastbourne and Polegate). Any experience providing advice on IHT/CGT or dealing with Probate matters or Trusts would be an added bonus.

Candidates will be working with autonomy whilst being supported by additional Private Client lawyers based at the firms Kent offices. You should be confident taking instructions, drafting Wills (using the firms “Leap” Case Management system) and be able to meet with clients face to face at home or in hospital (when required).
