Hays recruitment are recruiting for a customer service coordinator for our client based in Snodland in Maidstone, Kent. This is a long-term temporary role starting asap.
Monday to Friday
40 hours a week
8-hour shift between 7am and 5:30pm (Flexible with start time)
Pay rate
£12 - £13.50 per hour
Hybrid working - 4 days a week in the office and 1 day at home (2-week rotation either side of the weekend)
Duties:
- Taking incoming calls
- Inputting data into the system
- Liaising with the planning team
Essential:
- Customer service experience
- Call handling (call centre roles)
- IT literate
