Hays are currently recruiting for a sales administrator for our client based in Medway, Kent. This is a part-time permanent position starting asap.
Monday to Friday
9am till 14:30am
Salary
£16,574 per year
Duties:
- Scan and email invoices to customers
- Upload invoices onto customer portals
- Raise pro forma invoices
- Ensure all documentation is filed
- Loading sale orders into planning systems.
