Busy and diverse office-based role, working alongside a team to manage the administrative needs of all client projects across the company. Working in a fun, buzzing office environment, this is a varied role, that will see you involved with:-
- Producing product document packs and specification documents
- Putting bespoke quotations together for customers
- Placing orders with suppliers, agreeing lead times and costings
- Organising site surveyor visits
- Processing jobs through to completion
- Organising travel, accommodation and expenses for team attendance to industry events/awards.

Mon - Fri 37,5 hr
£24,000 yearly salary

Working on interesting often high profile projects, products and suppliers!
For success in the role, applicants must be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis (circa 30 mins); experience working in any industry will be considered, and core transferable skills should include: verbal and written communication, time management and ability to manage a busy workload, customer-orientation, and strong organisational / attention to detail.
Could be a great role for moving into a Mon-Fri working industry; or for someone to take on a new challenge!
