You'll be part of a team of surveyors, working together to provide professional advice on land and property issues. You'll be responsible for implementing estate strategies across a portfolio of properties. This portfolio will vary in size and will include some complex cases that will require your expertise to develop strategies and solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
MRICS qualified, although a BSc holder who is actively pursuing the APC to join RICS would also be considered.
Having experience in a property / estates team within the public sector environment
