Assistant Management Accountant
Kings Hill

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Role
Initially the key aspects will be to provide support to the Management Accountants within a variety of accounting tasks - including reconciliations and analysis, journal input, and some general administration.
Duties
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparation and posting of monthly prepayments and accruals.
* Journal input
* Maintain monthly spreadsheet models
* Assisting in production of Management accounts, including reconciliations and variance analysis
* Keep processes and procedures up to date
* Maintaining Audit file evidence
* Reconciliation of customer rebates
* Assist in analysing overhead cost control throughout the division
Required
* GCSE Level 2 English and maths or equivalent
* Transactional experience within a finance team, particularly sales/purchase ledger, invoice/cash processing, journal input
* Experience within accounting basics and Financial Statements - P&L, Balance sheets, accruals etc
* Good attention to detail
* Use of Pivot Tables and Vlookups
