We are looking for Product Compliance Manager to manage the new product introductions (NPI) into the portfolio. With a real, focus on compliance, quality and product safety standards for a range of products being introduced into the UK market- electrical, hazardous and cosmetic.
Verify and declare all products are fit for purpose and comply with Safety and Legal Regulatory Standards ready for distribution in the UK market. This is a senior role within the business and the successful candidate will lead the Service & Repair team.
With an electrical, electronic or mechanical bias, you will have a strong background in compliance and quality control. Demonstrated management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus of identifying and improving processes. Awareness of electronic safety standards and regulations, coupled with the attention to detail, technical analysis, data handling, safety sheets, reporting and auditing.
The person:
* Design, implement and manage repair and service processes
* Conduct investigation into electrical incidents and non-conformance's
* Knowledge of product safety sheets
* Verify all products comply with Safety Regulatory and Legal Standards for the UK market
* Sign off Hazardous, Cosmetic and Electrical products and labelled correctly
* Proven team management experience
* Communication and collaboration skills at all levels
* Ongoing awareness of regulations of business obligations
* Continuous learning, development and improvement attitude
* Analytical minded with the attention to detail
* Working as part of the Senior Management team to identify, report and rectify potential issues
