Fabulous opportunity for an experienced IT support person to join a dynamic forward thinking legal practice with offices in Kent and London!
Working within a motivated team the role will involve but not be limited to:
Offering 1st and 2nd line support to end users
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Assisting with set up of equipment
Performing routine maintenance checks
Ensuring security and compliance of systems
Staff training
Creating and maintaining user guides
Liaising with 3rd parties
Projects
Other duties as required
The right person for this role will have at least 2 years' experience within IT support, ideally within a professional/legal environment, be pro-active and an excellent communicator.
