We are looking for an Accounts Assistant based in Sittingbourne on a temporary basis for 6 months. You will be processing accounts paperwork daily and ensuring supplier invoices are promptly processed working towards deadlines and company procedures.
You will be responsible for:
* Entering Purchase invoices onto the system
* Entering payments from cash books to Sage50
* Checking purchase invoices against purchase orders
* Credit notes
* Bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
* Processing expenses
* Responding to clients and colleagues queries
* Allocation of receipts
* Managing petty cash
* Costing labour and expenses
This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and pays £12.08ph
