It’s essential that you have an understanding of how to prioritise need, are able to recognise when to refer on to specialist services, and are confident to communicate at all levels across health and social care sectors.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to establish instant rapport with children and young people. You should have experience of working with children, delivering mental health support and a background in education, medical or social care.
