Hays are actively recruiting an Office Admin Assistant for our client based in East Kent. This is a permanent role for the successful candidate.
Salary - £30,000+
Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend
Must hold a valid Driving licence
Knowledge of working with Saga
Duties include
* Working hands-on with the contracts manager
* Working with contractors and clients
* Making outbound and taking inbound calls
* Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and general Windows programmes.
* Great communication skills
**Please note, you will be asked to help assist the yard if it is short-staffed on certain days, or asked to drive the 3.5t van if required**
A clean driving licence is essential.
