Office Administrator (Part-Time)
This interesting and varied role will entail:
· Providing full administrative support to different teams
· Managing the main telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls
· Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
· Overseeing bookkeeping, credit control, and invoicing
· Managing office supplies, deliveries, and post
· Maintaining general housekeeping tasks
About you:
· Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Knowledge of Sage is desired
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Proactive, well-presented, and customer-facing
· Flexible and able to use own initiative
· At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience (required)
· A driving license and access to your own car (required)

· Work-from-home flexibility
· Monday to Friday schedule (minimum 20 hours per week)
