FP&A Analyst | Outskirts of Maidstone – mostly home working | £40k - £50k DOE
We are working in partnership with one of the fastest growing FMCG businesses in their market, who have a superb opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting and planning for a number of group businesses in order to support the financial strategy and the continued success the business. This analysis will work cross functionally across the business and play a key role in steering decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Weekly sales performance analysis and forecasting
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align financial goals with business strategies
• Prepare consolidates sales forecasts
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Support (not run) the monthly and quarterly close processes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within an FMCG environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Desirable: experience of Power BI and Anaplan
