Job Overview:
Our client is an insurance company that provides claims handling and audit services to insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and brokers in the Lloyd's and London Insurance Market. They are seeking a claims handler to work in the London City Office.
Main Duties:
* Process claims notifications via London Market electronic systems.
* Support MI production and KPIs.
* Proofread audit reports and assist with audit exhibits.
* Aid in business development through proposals.
* Assist senior management with meetings and events.
* Help improve the company's social media presence.
Essential Skills Required:
* 1-2 years of experience in London Market within Claims
* Strong claims knowledge (non-marine preferred).
* Use of ECF and IMR
* Progression with CII qualifications - advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.
* Strong English and Maths education.
What you need to know:
* Salary around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Hybrid working - around 3 days a week in the office
