Our client is seeking an Office/ Operations Manager to join their expanding team in North West London. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, HR, and potentially providing executive assistance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Duties:

* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment.
* Manage office equipment, supplies, inventory, and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
* Handle HR responsibilities, including onboarding, offboarding, policy development, and employee record management.
* Act as a point of contact for IT providers and outsourced HR consultants.
* Liaise with insurance companies for administrative requirements and ensure file accuracy.
* Provide administrative support to a company director, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
* Ad-hoc duties as required



Essential Skills Required:

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general technical competence.
* Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.



Desirable:

* Experience in an operations role.
* Good Insurance Knowledge
* Quick thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
