A great opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/ Planner to work on a full-time permanent basis within a long-established manufacturing company located in Medway Towns.
You will be dealing with the production planning/ sales administration on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in programme management in a specialist industry as training will be provided.
You will be IT literate with accurate data entry skills with some administration experience and your Duties will include the following:
* Receipt of new customer orders
* Loading sales orders on to the company MRP planning system
* Raising and issuing pro-forma invoices when required
* Updating customer schedules / order book reports
* Daily scanning of all invoices / certificates of conformity, and email or upload to customer web-based portals
* Communicating with customers
* Updating daily production charts and weekly work in progress spreadsheets
* Support with customer booking in/invoice queries
* General admin tasks
The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 08.15-17.00 and Friday 08.30-13.15, less half hour breaks
