Estate Manager
  £36000 - £39000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a permanent Estate Manager to join our our client in a prestigious private Estate.

Working alongside the current post holder the successful candidate will be required to:



* Oversee the staffing including office, janitorial, gardening staff and contractors
* Ensuring the Estate is kept to a high standard
* Managing costs
* Ensuring all legislation are up to date including fire and health and safety
* Oversee the upkeep of communal areas
* Manage Services and contractors whilst communicating with the Board in relation to expenses and larger decision making
* Mange the janitorial garden and office staff
* Organise repairs and maintenance
* Attend Monthly Board Meetings and AGM
* negotiate contracts for utilities

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Excellent time management skills
* Efficient at managing projects
* Ability to liaise with directors on budgeting
* Full clean driving license

Hours are 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary to £39,000
