Rare leadership opportunity! Expanding to meet their growing demand, this company have created a new role - focused on leading and managing the experience of existing customers.



Day-to-day, you will be involved with :-

- Workload allocation to a team, including staff rota'ing;

- Escalated customer handling and query management, including customer visits;

- Coaching, training and development support to a team;

- Overseeing budgets and signing off invoices;

- Producing management and customer reports;

- Managing documentation such as training documents and standard procedures;

- Liaising between other departments such as Supply Chain and Sales to support smooth day-to-day operations.



Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs + paid overtime options



£30,000
