They are offering an exciting opportunity to become a key member of their busy and highly regarded Commercial Property team, known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a full spectrum of commercial property matters including:
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial premises
• Commercial leases (granting, assignment, renewal, variation)
• Landlord and tenant work
• Development matters and site acquisitions
• Property finance and refinancing
• Providing sound legal and commercial advice to a broad client base
• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across our offices and practice areas

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property
• A confident and commercially aware adviser with strong technical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Capable of managing files independently while being an active team player
• A proactive, professional, and well-organised approach to work
• Experience with development or investment portfolios would be advantageous but not essential
