Adhoc Receptionist

Our high end professional client are looking for a Receptionist on an adhoc basis - to cover for holidays, sickness and courses. Most of the times these dates are booked in advance for courses and holidays, but sometimes cover is required at the last minute to cover sickness. Generally this cover would always be weekdays - but occasionally it might be a Saturday.

Hours 9-6pm

Beautiful offices and friendly staff. This a temporary on going role - it would NOT suit someone whilst they are looking for a permanent position as my clients wants to have the same temp.

Job Overview

Responsibilities


Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Support administrative staff with various tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

RequirementsProven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
