As a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator (6-month FTC), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our high-volume contact centre recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new joiners. Working closely with our Contact Centre Recruiter, you will help attract, engage, and onboard Health and Clinical Advisors across our regional sites in Ashford, Norwich and Ipswich.

Location
Hybrid or office-based in Ashford (with travel to Norwich and Ipswich as required)

What will you be doing?
· Supporting the Contact Centre Recruiter with high-volume recruitment of Health and Clinical Advisors
· Conducting telephone screening calls and scheduling interviews
· Coordinating and attending recruitment events and open evenings across regional sites
· Carrying out pre-employment checks including references, right-to-work, and background checks
· Making regular ‘keep warm’ calls to candidates to maintain engagement from offer to start date
· Liaising with internal teams to ensure all new starter requirements are met before Day One
· Acting as the key point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process
· Maintaining accurate recruitment and onboarding records within internal systems
What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience in recruiting, recruitment administration or onboarding coordination, ideally within a healthcare or contact centre setting
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Tech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools
· A team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience
Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory DBS disclosure, and two references.
