Are you ready to take the next step in your facilities management career?
IC24 is seeking a driven Facilities Manager (or an experienced Assistant FM ready for progression) to lead our site-based team in delivering high-quality operational support across Estates, Facilities, and Transport.
Based on the site, reporting to and supported by the Head of Estates Facilities. The Facilities manager will lead and be responsible for the day-to-day operational service delivery support across the business.

What you’ll do:
• Lead day-to-day facilities operations and support services
• Oversee compliance, risk, building safety, and statutory inspections
• Work closely with Health & Safety, Estates, and Sustainability teams
• Manage facilities budgets, contractors, and service improvements
• Mentor, support, and develop the facilities team
• Drive IC24 fleet vehicles as required
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in facilities management (hard and soft services)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of compliance, H&S, and risk in FM
• Budget and contractor management experience
• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Ashford – Kingston House
Hours Available Full time – 37.5 hours
