Day to day, you will have a real impact on the employee experience of HR in the organisation, through duties such as:-
Recruitment and selection – including producing/reviewing job profiles, liaising with line managers, interviewing and making employment offers
Induction and Onboarding – background checks, contracts, organising and administering training plans
Employee Relations - Meeting and advising line managers on best practice, employment legislation and relevant procedures
Learning & Development – agreeing strategic plans for L&D, liaising with external bodies such as industry boards
Offboarding and Exit
Diversity and Inclusion
Personalised training and development provided – including chance to pursue further qualification!
Working with and learning from a great team, this role will provide an excellent move for an HR Advisor looking for their next career steps – into a role with impact on an organisation and its employees; chance to work with an excellent team; and future career growth opportunity.
£~45k

Mon – Fri 37,5 hrs
An ideal candidate for this role would CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification; and practical experience of 4+ years in an HR Advisor position, now seeking their next step. Experience in a professional services environment essential!
The vacancy could suit someone working in London or further afield and hoping to reduce their commute; or perhaps someone working locally looking for a progressive and flexible new role!
