In this role, following training, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of service to existing clients. Duties might range;-
Client liaison by phone and email- handling inbound enquiries from existing customers, providing advice and information, booking visits, and ensuring after-sales satisfaction
Creating quotes and placing orders for materials
Planning and managing routine and emergency customer visits
Booking, adjusting and managing diaries of field service technicians
Completing and submitting documentation including reports
Administrative processing such as creating, tracking and closing jobs.
And much more!
This is a busy and varied role, that would suit someone who thrives when organising and planning workloads, communicating with customers and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion
Personalised training provided – ideal experience would come from service coordination, operations, planning, scheduling, installations coordination, or similar!
£28-32,000
