Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive

About the Opportunity:
My client, a friendly and highly regarded law firm, is looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive to join their Oxted office. They offer a modern, forward-thinking approach, complemented by competitive salaries and excellent benefits
In this role, you will be a key part of the Private Client team, handling Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate administration. Experience with Court of Protection work is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney administration with minimal supervision.
Handle estate administration, including drafting HMRC forms.
Draft accounts for estates and assist with Court of Protection matters.
Develop expertise by working with complex estates and Wills.
Manage cases under supervision within a supportive team environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualified Legal Executive, CILEx student, or paralegal with private client experience.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
Ambitious and motivated to grow professionally within a nationally recognised, supportive firm.
