We’re a well-established software company with a specialist focus: helping organisations keep track of their physical assets and records. Our flagship product, TranSearch, gives clients across both the private and public sectors the tools to streamline operations, stay compliant and work smarter.
We’re at an exciting point in our growth journey - and we’re looking for a driven salesperson to help us bring TranSearch to even more organisations across the UK.
The Role
This isn’t just another sales job. It’s a chance to play a key role in shaping how organisations adopt cutting-edge track-and-trace software. Based in the South-East, you’ll be working closely with our MD, generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships and representing our company at industry events.
Every day will be different: one day you might be demo-ing TranSearch to a public sector body, the next you could be networking at a trade fair or brainstorming with our developers to feed back client insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the MD to shape and refine new sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify and pursue prospects across the UK.
• Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Share client feedback with our developers to help keep TranSearch best-in-class.
About You
• Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally in software/technology).
• Natural communicator and strong negotiator.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and hungry for success.
• Equally confident working independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide and potentially to Europe.
• A second language is not necessary but would be an advantage.

• £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
• Annual performance bonus when targets are achieved.
