Maintenance Plumber
East Kent

We're currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Plumber for a temporary assignment supporting a well-established social housing provider across
East Kent. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, hands-on role delivering essential plumbing maintenance to local residents.
Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out responsive and planned plumbing repairs in tenanted and void properties.
* Diagnose and resolve issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty installations.
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with tenants and housing teams.
* Use a handheld device to log completed tasks and updates.

Requirements:

* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
* Experience in domestic plumbing maintenance, ideally within social housing.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
