Building Relationships: Engage with clients old and new, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions—while keeping things friendly and real.
Closing Deals: Use your expertise to negotiate and close deals that benefit both the client and the company. No hard sell, just honest conversations.
Product Knowledge: Be the go-to expert on our products/services and help clients see how we can make their lives easier. We promise, it won’t feel like a sales pitch.
Sales Pipeline: Keep things ticking over by identifying new opportunities, but don’t stress about hitting targets in a high-pressure environment. We like steady growth and real results.
Team Vibes: Work alongside a team that knows how to work hard and have a laugh. Collaboration is key, and you’ll be a key player in creating a positive, no-stress atmosphere.
Who You Are:
Experience: You’ve been have a good few years of sales experience. You know how to build relationships and close deals without being pushy..
People Person: You’re comfortable talking to anyone—whether it’s a CEO or someone who just walked in off the street.
Motivated: You get things done and take ownership of your work, but you also understand the importance of balance.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the usual sales tools and technology (CRM systems, email marketing, etc.), but you’re also not afraid to embrace new ways of working.
