Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, bookings, and logistics for client-facing services
Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
Support internal teams with administration and customer service tasks
About you:
Some office experience and a desire to grow professionally
Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and managing databases
