Overview
A highly respected and well-established law firm is seeking a new member of the team to join their Estates, Tax & Succession division. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trust and tax administration, working closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
This role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working once settled.
Duties
Provide administrative support for trust management, including trusts for disabled beneficiaries
Liaise with trustees, beneficiaries, case managers, carers, and families
Communicate with professional advisers and investment managers
Prepare documents to record trustee decisions and process follow-up actions
Assist with bank account management, monitoring cash flow and payments
Maintain financial records and prepare income/expenditure budgets
Collate information for tax returns and assist with welfare benefit claims
Manage diaries, organise client meetings, and maintain accurate files
Support other team members and undertake general office duties
What we're looking for
A successful candidate will have some demonstrable administrative experience and bring a keen passion for the sector! You must live within a 1hr commute.
