This position will be to play a key part in resourcing exceptional talent working in a busy environment alongside a sales team…
Duties would include:
• Sourcing candidates through job board posts, databases, social media etc
• Proactively headhunt relevant candidates
• Build up talent pipelines
• Liaising with sales team
• Matching candidates to live vacancies
• Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback
• Conducting interviews and pre screen calls
• Qualifying candidates’ skills, experience, and role suitability
