My client, a reputable and professional financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide key support to advisers while ensuring clients receive exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist advisers with new business submissions, client meetings, and annual review processes.
• Maintain accurate client records and portfolios,
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering procedures, and complaints handling processes.
• Liaise with providers, follow up on commissions, and ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Deliver excellent client service, answering calls professionally and supporting client meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Intelligent Office and financial services platforms, including Standard Life Wrap and Quilter Wrap
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of FCA compliance and financial administration desirable.
