Operations Administrator |Sevenoaks | £30,000 – £40,000 | Full or Part-Time (Monday–Friday)

The Role
This flexible full or part-time position (Monday to Friday) is ideal for someone balancing work with school drop-offs and pick-ups etc.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by:
• Being the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Handling client queries and enquiries with professionalism and care
• Booking and coordinating appointments using internal systems
• Managing emails and sending customer reminders
• Supporting general administration including post, filing, and data entry
• Coordinating engineer bookings and schedules
No two days are the same — perfect if you enjoy variety and staying busy.

• A confident, friendly telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• A team-player who enjoys supporting others
• Previous admin experience helpful but not essential
