In this role, you will be part of a small and welcoming team environment, working closely with the Finance Manager, responsible for managing the transactional financial performance of the company, with involvement producing reports and VAT returns.
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for :-
Posting sales and purchase transactions
Coding and allocating invoices
Processing payments using BACS and CHAPS
Reconciling bank accounts
Expenses administration
Preparing VAT returns
Handling accounts queries from internal teams and externally from customers and suppliers
Producing reports both ad hoc and at month end
This is a busy and varied role, where you will have opportunity to have a voice, be recognised and be supported to learn and develop
Modern office working environment in Lewes, with parking & hybrid working
Salary with experience £28-35,000
+ benefits
Monday – Friday 37,5 hrs , permanent
Available for immediate interviews!
