Great new vacancy – Join a highly established and successful property management company from their Tunbridge Wells offices
In this job, you will join a welcoming and supportive team, and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout Tunbridge Wells and surrounding towns and villages.
The purpose of the role is to own the landlord and tenant experience, assist manage the occupancy and to ensure property quality is maintained to high standards and within all industry rules and regulations.
Day-to-day, you will:
- be the key point of contact for existing tenants and landlords within a ~200 property portfolio, including telephone and email communication;
- Liaising with the lettings team for new tenancies, conducting property inspections, check ins and preparing tenancy documents;
- Providing advice and guidance to landlords;
- Renewals;
- Organising maintenance including agreeing quotes and booking contractors;
- Collecting deposits and ensuring rent and arrears are managed efficiently;
- Keeping accurate and compliant records of all legal requirements.
Mon-Fri ( no weekend working!!)
£35,000 + benefits including team bonus (yearly!); mileage allowance; company pension and great holiday allowance
This is a super opportunity for someone looking for a role where they will be valued, supported and have a great, stable portfolio to work on.
