Customer Engagement Manager

Contract: Fixed Term Contract – March 2027
Salary: Circa £35k
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
As a Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our Water Efficiency Programme, ensuring a seamless and high-impact engagement strategy. You'll be responsible for driving the success of domestic and non-household water efficiency services across London and the South of England, in collaboration with various water companies.
This position is responsible for overseeing high-quality outbound and inbound customer engagement activities, as well as other promotional efforts, to secure work for our field-based teams of water efficiency advisors and plumbers.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of a large customer engagement team, working closely with three Customer Engagement Team Leaders to ensure performance targets are consistently met each week.
