Ground/ Landscape Maintenance Mate
Driving licence and own transport is an essential requirement.
Use of petrol mowers/ strimmer/ blowers advantageous
Work starts at 4am each day
Salary: £35,100 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Early starts are expected in this role)
Location of sites: South and Midlands

ABOUT US:
CC Cousins are a busy, growing Facilities Solutions company who have been established for more than 40 years. To further enhance our team we are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable GM Mate. Paired along with a Groudn Maintenance Engineer; you will assist in various landscaping tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with the general upkeep of grass, headges, trees, weeding, cutting shrubs, litter picking, leaf blowing, Fly tip removal
Areas include commerical and retail parks
General upkeep of commerical areas - outside office car parks, ourside shopping centre par parks.
Sweeping kerbs
Adhoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in lground mainetance or related field preferred
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
Ability to operate petrol landscape equipment (Blowers/ Strimmers and mowers).
Hard working and polite
Attention to detail
Follow instructions
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's licence (up to 6 points)
