About the Role

Primary schools across Tunbridge Wells are seeking caring, creative and dedicated Reception Teachers to join their Early Years teams. These roles are ideal for both Early Career Teachers and experienced EYFS practitioners who thrive in nurturing, community-focused environments where children's wellbeing, curiosity and early learning foundations are at the heart of every day.

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Experience teaching in EYFS or supporting early years learning
* Warm, nurturing and creative approach to teaching
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* Positive attitude, resilience and a commitment to helping young learners flourish
