This is a key and strategic role, within which you will be empowered to take ownership of commercial performance.

You will play a crucial part in the company’s day-to-day operations and future plans, working closely with Senior Leadership, with huge scope for impact and career progression in an expanding company.

Day-to-day, your role will range :-
- Strategy Development – market research and performance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities;
- Building and delivering a multi-channel sales strategy;
- Key Account Management
- Strategic Business Development including pitches, proposals, negotiation and contract management;
- Overseeing a busy sales pipeline;
- Leadership guidance and coaching to a small team
- Working cross functionally to input to overall strategy and ensure day-to-day operational smooth running.

Mon-Fri full time

£40-45,000 base salary – OTE £75,000 year 1 (based on current performance)
