Whether you’re working in industry or looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for an Senior Instructor to join our Motor Vehicle curriculum team in readiness for the start of the 2026/27 academic year.

Our Senior Instructors are responsible for providing demonstrations, assessment of learners and practical instruction in our workshops and associated teaching facilities. Also assisting in the maintenance and organisation of the practical resources used on the motor vehicle programmes. Senior Instructors are required to teach 250 hours per academic year and provide technical assistance to the wider department when required.

The Role:

Where you’ll work: This role is based at our Gravesend campus.

Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).

Your pay: The salary range for this post is Spine Point 24 (£27,474 per annum) to Spine Point 27 (£30,025 per annum).
