We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Equine Groom to join our dedicated yard team based at our Hadlow campus in Kent. This role offers a diverse and practical opportunity to work on a busy training yard upholding excellent standards of horse welfare, whilst working with Equine students to support them on their academic and industry journey, alongside caring for, training and riding horses daily as part of the duties and responsibilities.
Reporting to the Equine Yard & Events Manager the applicant should have confident handling skills, excellent communication skills, be able to use initiative in a range of circumstances and be able to produce high standards of horse husbandry.
The post holder will need to have a qualification at level 3, and experience of having worked in an equestrian facility. Recognised BHS qualifications are desirable, and the candidate must be willing to work towards these in the role.

Your hours: Up to 2 Full Time roles (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum. Full time Equivalent)
Your pay: £26,726 per annum, full-time equivalent
