Pension Transfer Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Pension Transfer Advisor to join a highly regarded and well-established financial services firm.

The Role:

You will provide high-quality, compliant financial advice to clients considering transferring their pensions, ensuring all recommendations are in the clients’ best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulated advice on pension transfers, including DB to DC transfers
• Conduct full client fact-finds and assess suitability of recommendations
• Prepare and present detailed, compliant reports
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with support teams

About You:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
• Pension Transfer Specialist qualification and/or knowledge of DB pensions
• Proven experience advising on pension transfers
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
