Pension Transfer Advisor – Hybrid working!

Working closely with clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial futures, you’ll provide specialist pension transfer advice, ensuring recommendations are tailored to individual circumstances and meet the highest professional and regulatory standards.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing specialist, regulated advice on pension transfers, including Defined Benefit (DB) to Defined Contribution (DC) transfers
- Conducting comprehensive client fact-finds and assessing the suitability of pension transfer recommendations
- Preparing and presenting detailed, compliant financial advice reports
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Ensuring all advice and recommendations comply with FCA regulatory requirements
- Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a seamless and professional client experience
- Keeping up to date with relevant pension legislation, regulations and industry developments

About you:

- Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
- A Pension Transfer Specialist qualification and/or strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions
- Proven experience providing pension transfer advice
- Excellent knowledge of pension products, transfer processes and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex financial information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to explain complex financial matters clearly to clients
- A professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and building lasting client relationships
